What you’ll need for a successful visa application
Whatsapp - Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date
- Your passport should have a minimum of 2 blank pages
- Previously issued passports, if you have any
- Your passport should have been issued within the last 10 years
- Indian passports with any observations or corrections will not be accepted
- Two recent coloured passport-size photographs
- Size of the photos: 2.5 inches x 2.5 inches without any border
- Ensure your photos have a white background with 80% face coverage
- Personal bank statement (last 3 months) with seal and signature of the bank
- You need a minimum balance of ₹1 lakh
- Salary slips (last 3 months)
- Financial documents of sponsor and sponsorship letter (if sponsored)
- ITR for self employed
- Flight Tickets
- Hotel Booking
- Travel Insurance
- You'll need an invitation letter from the company or person you're visiting. The letter should include the purpose and length of your visit, and be on an official business letterhead
- Turkey visa application form
- Business Cover Letter (an original cover letter from the company stating the purpose and duration of the visit on the official business letterhead)
- Asset documents such as fixed deposits, stocks owned and property papers
- For passports which were not issued in the jurisdiction areas of the respective Embassy/ Consulate, local address proof must be submitted. (Only registered leave and license agreement copy or registered agreement copy)
- For Self Employed: GST or Company Registration Copy with original notary and mantralaya/MEA stamp
- If Retired: Retirement documents & income proof (original or copies attested), Last 3 month's personal bank statement (original or copies attested by bank)
- If Proprietor/Partner/Director: Applicant needs to provide proof in which applicant/company name should be mentioned. Original notary and Mantralaya/MEA attestation needs to be done for main applicant. Last 3 month's personal bank statement (original or copies attested by bank)
- If Freelancer: Contract documents & leave/cover letter as applicable, Last 3 months’ personal bank statement (original or copies attested by bank)
- Rental agreement (should be in colour print)
- Sale deed (should be in colour print)
6 Months Single Entry Turkey Business Visa:
- This visa allows a single entry into Turkey for business-related purposes and is valid for a period of 6 months
6 Months Multiple Entry Turkey Business Visa:
- This visa permits multiple entries into Turkey for business activities and has a validity of 6 months
- This means you can enter and exit Turkey multiple times within the 6-month period
12 Months Multiple Entry Turkey Business Visa:
- This visa is valid for a year and allows for multiple entries into Turkey for business purposes
- Holders of this visa can enter and exit Turkey multiple times over the course of the 12-month validity period
- Your Turkey Business Visa application fees along with the service charge are non-refundable regardless of whether your application is approved or rejected by the Embassy
- Your Turkey Business Visa fee is approximately $234, and its equivalent in INR will depend on the exchange rate on the day you pay
- Additional documents may be required by the Embassy and should be submitted in a timely manner
- The grant or refusal of your Turkey Business Visa and its processing time are under the sole discretion of the immigration office
- Turkey Business Visa issued under visit/business/transit/tourist purposes does not make the bearer eligible to work in Turkey
- Indians with valid US/UK/Schengen or Ireland visa are eligible for a Turkey e-visa. Your US/UK/Schengen/Ireland visa must be valid for atleast 6 months from the date of departure

What you’ll need for a successful visa application
- If you're visiting friends or family, you'll need a signed invitation letter from them, along with a copy of their passport and visa
- Minors travelling without a parent or guardian, require a NOC or No Objection Certificate from their parent
- If employed, you require a Leave Sanction Certificate from your employer
- Turkey visa application form
- Cover letter (on a business letterhead for Self-Employed applicants or an original cover letter with a signature for Employed applicants)
- Marriage certificate (if your spouse's name is not in your passport)
- Wedding/engagement photos and your wedding card or invitation (for newly married couples)

- School/College Identity card incase the applicant is a student

- Once you leave Turkey, you cannot re-enter using this visa
6 Months Multiple Entry Turkey Tourist Visa:
- This visa allows for multiple entries into Turkey within a 6-month period
- Each stay can be up to 6 months long
- It's suitable for tourists who plan to visit Turkey multiple times within a short timeframe
12 Months Multiple Entry Turkey Tourist Visa:
- This visa is valid for multiple entries into Turkey over a 12-month period
- Each stay can be up to 6 months long
- It provides more flexibility for tourists who intend to visit Turkey several times over a year
