  * Valid for 6 months beyond the last intended departure date from Turkey.

  * Should contain at least 2 blank visa pages.

*  Covering letter from employer on company letterhead with the authorized signatory, name,  and designation with company seal. Mentioning the guarantee clause with the expenses of the trip.

If Self-employed:

*Covering letter duly signed on personal business letterhead with the authorized signatory, name, and designation with company seal explaining the purpose of the trip, duration of stay in Turkey, etc.

* GST certificate with Notary & Mantralaya.

* Original Invitation letter from Turkey, or color-scanned copy with clear information. The Invitation letter should be on the company’s letterhead with the authorized signatory, name, and designation with the company seal with VD Number (Tax Number)

* Travel Insurance -This plan should cover the insured for a minimum of Euro 30000.

Note: The travel insurance dates should end 2 days after the date of departure mentioned in the flight ticket.
