INVITATION

Invitation letter from the host company stating the purpose of the trip, business details etc. and covering letter from the Indian company on company letterhead.

PROOF OF FUNDS

*Employed applicants must produce bank statements proving sufficient funds & employment

* If self employed then their company’s bank statement is required

*If being sponsored then provide your sponsors bank statement

* All applicants must provide 6 months bank statement signed & attested by a bank official

* All bank statements must be dated within the last week of application & be verifiable

TAX RETURNS

* Income tax return assessment for the last 3 years in case the applicant is employed

* If self-employed then provide the company’s last 3 years of ITR

*If being sponsored provide the income tax return of the person sponsoring your trip

NOC

Business covering letter from employer in original

SUPPORTING FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS

* Any fixed or liquid assets document copies if any

* If the trip is sponsored, financial documents of the sponsor along with sponsorship letter with any government photo ID copy to be submitted

* Company registration certificate

* Travel insurance covering the entire trip and having a coverage of minimum Euro 30000 which includes Evacuation and Repatriation clause

* Hotel booking for the complete duration of the trip in Schengen State

Original Covering Letter on Indian Company letterhead signed by authorized signatory for applicant whose visa is to be applied with seal & sign providing trip details.
