* Original passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into South Korea 

* A minimum of three blank pages on the passport

* All old passports, if any 

* Two passport size photos
* The passport size photo should be 35 mm wide by 45 mm high and taken within the last three months

* The photograph must reflect true skin tone and must be evenly bright

* The facial expression must be neutral with the mouth closed
* The photo must be taken against a white background with the hair and shoulders visible 

* The wide should be kept wide open but if the applicant typically wears glasses, they must do so in the photo as well

* Headgear is acceptable for religious purposes only and should be in a dark colour 

* The photo should not be distorted or flipped 

If visiting friends or family

o Invitation/Sponsorship letter.

o Inviter’s Alien registration card copy.

o ID & Address proof of the Inviter. (If being sponsored; financial documents).

o Certificate of inviter’s employment and certificate of tax payment

o Bank statements and IT documents of the sponsorer.

o Relationship proof. (Marriage Certificate, Birth certificate, Ration Card, Family card etc)

o Marriage certificate(if inviter is spouse)

* Employed applicants must produce bank statements proving sufficient funds & employment

* If being sponsored, the traveller must provide the sponsor’s bank statement

* All applicants must provide 6 months bank statement signed and attested by a bank official

TAX RETURNS

* IT returns for the last 2 years.

* NOC letter from parents

* If employed, an NOC from the employer on the company letterhead is required

* If self-employed, a covering letter on the company letterhead will be required

* Proof of address if the address on the passport differs from the current place of residence 

 * Two-way air tickets

 * Proof of payment of the visa application fee 

 * Hotel reservation
