* Original passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Singapore

 * A minimum two blank pages on the passport

* Two passport size photos 

* The passport size photo should be 35 mm wide by 45 mm high and taken within the last three months

* The photograph must reflect true skin tone and must be evenly bright

* The facial expression must be neutral with the mouth closed
* The photo must be taken against a white background with the hair and shoulders visible 

* The wide should be kept wide open but if the applicant typically wears glasses, they must do so in the photo as well

* Headgear is acceptable for religious purposes only and should be in a dark colour 

* The photo should not be distorted or flipped 

* For those travelling for business – Invitation letter from the host company stating the purpose of the trip, business details etc. and covering letter from the Indian company on company letterhead.

* Employed applicants must produce bank statements proving sufficient funds & employment

* If self-employed then their company’s bank statement is required

* If being sponsored, the traveller must provide the sponsor’s bank statement

* All applicants must provide 6 months bank statement signed and attested by a bank official

* All bank statements must be dated within the last week of application & be verifiable

* No objection certificate on 100 INR stamp paper and a copy of a passport or any ID proof from the non-accompanying parent, if a minor is traveling alone or is accompanied by one parent.
* In some cases, if the minor is travelling with only the mother, she may be asked to produce an ID proof like a copy of the husband’s passport.
* If employed, then an NOC from the employer on the company letterhead is required.

* If self-employed, a covering letter on the company letterhead will be required.

* Proof of address if the address on the passport differs from the current place of residence

 * Salary slips for the last 3 months if employed.

 * 14-A form filled in detail

 * Two recent passport size photos taken in the last three months

 * Two-way air tickets

 * Proof of payment of the visa application fee 

 * Completed Letter of Introduction (Form V39A) (You may wish to check with the Embassy on the requirements of this document). The Letter of Introduction (LOI) must be issued by a local contact in Singapore who is a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident who is at least 21 years old. * *For visa applicants attending business meetings in Singapore, the local contact must be from a Singapore registered business entity. The person acting on behalf of the business entity (person signing off the LOI) must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident who is at least 21 years old.
