What you’ll need for a successful visa application
Whatsapp - Two recent passport-size photographs in colour
- Size of the photos: 35mm x 45mm
- Ensure your photos have a white background with 80% face coverage
- Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date
- Your passport should have a minimum of 2 blank pages
- Your passport should have been issued within the last 10 years
- Indian passports with any observations or corrections will not be accepted
- Previously issued passports, if you have any
- Personal bank statement (last 6 months) with seal and signature of the bank
- Income Tax returns (last 3 years)
- Salary slips (last 3 months)
- Financial documents of sponsor and sponsorship letter (if sponsored)
- GST registration certificate (If self-employed)
- You'll need an invitation letter from the company or person you're visiting. The letter should include the purpose and duration of your visit, and be on an official business letterhead

3 Months Single Entry Philippines Business Visa
- This Philippines Business Visa permits a 59 days stay in Philippines for business-related purposes
- It's valid for single entry during a 3 months period
- Your Philippines Business Visa application fees along with the service charge are non-refundable regardless of whether your application is approved or rejected by the Embassy
- Your Philippines Business Visa fee is approximately $61, and its equivalent in INR will depend on the exchange rate on the day you pay
- Additional documents may be required by the Embassy and should be submitted in a timely manner
- The grant or refusal of your Philippines Business Visa and its processing time are under the sole discretion of the immigration office
- Philippines Business Visa issued under visit/business/transit/tourist purposes does not make the bearer eligible to work in the Philippines

- For tourists- Minors travelling without a parent or guardian, require a NOC or No Objection Certificate from their parent
- For tourists - If employed, you require a Leave Sanction Certificate from your employer
- Marriage certificate (if your spouse's name is not in your passport)
- Wedding/engagement photos and your wedding card or invitation (for newly married couples)
- Asset documents such as fixed deposits, stocks owned and property papers
- School/College Identity card in case the applicant is a student
- Birth certificates for minors
- For minors- Financial documents of parents are required to be submitted along with the application
