What you’ll need for a successful visa application
Whatsapp - Two recent coloured passport-size photographs
- Size of the photos: 35mm x 45mm without any border

- Income Tax returns (last 3 years)
- Salary slips (last 3 months)
- Financial documents of sponsor and sponsorship letter (if sponsored)

- Travel Insurance
- If you're travelling for business, you'll need an invitation letter from the company or person you're visiting. The letter should include the purpose and duration of your visit, and be on an official business letterhead
- Hungary visa application form
- Business Cover letter- Original covering letter from the company stating the purpose and duration of stay on business letterhead
- Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date
- Your passport should have a minimum of 2 blank pages
- Your passport should have been issued within the last 10 years
- Indian passports with any observations or corrections will not be accepted
- Previously issued passports, if you have any
- Your Hungary Business Visa application fees along with the service charge are non-refundable when approved or rejected by the Embassy
- Your Hungary Business Visa fee is approximately $132, and its equivalent in INR will depend on the exchange rate on the day you pay
- Additional documents may be required by the Embassy and should be submitted in a timely manner
- Your Hungary Business Visa application approval/rejection and processing time are all under the sole discretion of the immigration office and no one else
- Hungary Business Visa issued under visit/business/transit/tourist purposes does not make the bearer eligible to work in Hungary
- Although having a confirmed ticket and hotel reservation is not mandatory to acquire a Hungary Business Visa, it is recommended to submit a flight and hotel itinerary. Moreover, it is advisable to have refundable flight and hotel bookings

- Minors travelling without a parent or guardian, require a NOC or No Objection Certificate from their parents
- If employed, you require a Leave Sanction Certificate from your employer

- Marriage certificate (if your spouse's name is not in your passport)
- Wedding/engagement photos and your wedding card or invitation (for newly married couples)

- School/College Identity card incase the applicant is a student
- Birth certificate

- For children aged 0 to 6 years, the visa fee is not applicable
- For children aged 6 to 12 years, 50% of the visa fee is waived
