- If you're travelling for business, you'll need an invitation letter from the company or person you're visiting. The letter should include the purpose and duration of your visit, and be on an official business letterhead
- Hungary visa application form
- Business Cover letter- Original covering letter from the company stating the purpose and duration of stay on business letterhead
- Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date
- Your passport should have a minimum of 2 blank pages
- Your passport should have been issued within the last 10 years
- Indian passports with any observations or corrections will not be accepted
- Previously issued passports, if you have any

Hungary Tourist Visa issued under tourist/business/transit/student purposes does not make the bearer eligible to work in Hungary. Your Hungary Tourist Visa application fees along with the service charge are non-refundable regardless of whether it is approved or rejected by the Embassy
