• Driving License.
   
• Spouse's passport copy (first and last pages, including family details mentioning the applicant's name as the spouse of the passport holder, and showing the current address of the applicant).
   
• Parent's passport copy, in case of minors (first and last pages).
   
• If your current address is outside India, please upload a government-issued identity proof that shows your address in the foreign country.
   
• Note that an Aadhaar card is not acceptable as proof of address.
